I Like it a lot - But I'm a little dissappointed.

I really like the book - I really do. I think it is amazingly inciteful. But I'm also a little dissappointed by the many clerical and sometimes technical errors that are made in the book. For example, on page 101 the book refers to Kubler-Ross's "four stages" of grief.....Nooooooo! (I know you know there are five.) I haven't finished the book yet. I enjoy very much the comparison of linear vs. non-linear thinking, listening and responding. (Wish there were a dvd with a counseling session on it so I could see it all in action.) Very helpful for this newbie! Do correct the errors!... and I look forward to your next book!
