Stephen B. Kucer is Associate Professor at Washington State University – Vancouver, where he teaches graduate courses in language and literacy education. He is a member of the Reading Commission for the National Council of Teachers of English, and is on the Editorial Board of Reading Research Quarterly.

NO Page Numbers!

This e-book is interesting, informative, and easy to read. However, NO company should publish a book--let alone a textbook--without page numbers. Ever. This one did. There are page numbers when you read on the Kindle device, but only location numbers on the Kindle for PC app, mobile Kindle apps, and the Kindle cloud reader. Pelase fix this, Routledge! Students are usually assigned chapters to read by their instructors and keep track of these chapters with page numbers.
